Purpose Beyond the Print
Printed with Purpose. Powered by People.
Inside correctional facilities, there are people ready to work, learn, and grow — they just need the chance to prove what’s possible.
At Purpose Production, we partner with the local prison to create meaningful employment for incarcerated individuals through professional screen and direct to garment printing. Employees gain technical skills, creative experience, and a sense of pride that comes from producing something exceptional.
Our mission is simple: to show that when people are given purpose, potential turns into progress — for them, their families, and the communities they’ll return to.
Transforming Lives, One Print at a Time
"Taught Me Graphic Design"
"After six years of incarceration, I was determined to change my life. I wanted to support my family and earn a college degree, even from the inside. This was only possible because I was given an opportunity—a job that paid a fair wage. That job gave me more than income. It gave me focus, pride, and the ability to fund my education. It taught me graphic design and marketing skills, built my confidence, and gave me hope for a future beyond prison walls. Today, I’m ready to reenter society with purpose and determination, thanks to that chance."

"I Can Finance My Child's Education"
"Having the opportunity to work a meaningful job that pays a livable wage while incarcerated has truly been a blessing not just for me but for my family as well. Having the opportunity to make a livable wage has allowed me to finance my son's education, I was able to place my son in a private school to give him the best opportunity to succeed in life. I have truly been able to take part in restorative justice by making monthly contributions to the crime victims funds. Furthermore, I have been able to save for my future upon release which is one less thing that I have to worry about while reintegrating into society."

"I Can Support My Family"
"With the opportunity for a job that pays a livable wage, I was able to support my family and begin making restitution. A job not only provided me with the chance to learn a new skill, but I was also able to work with others as a Team. Teamwork is important in all workplace environments, including Prisons. We are all in this together, including our community. More opportunities for employment work programs are a must for decreasing recidivism."
